Cosmina Schulman – Chief Revenue Officer
Cosmina (LaBella) Schulman grew up in Utica, NY and graduated from Manhattanville College in Westchester with a B.A. in Communications. She has been working in Sports Media and Sponsorship for over ten years and in three different major US cities: New York, Chicago, and Boston. She has sold every MLB, NBA, and NHL Regional Sports Network in the U.S., as well as a majority of the major colligate networks.
During her time in New York City, she worked for Home Team Sports: a division of Fox Sports, which was responsible for aggregating all the Regional Sports Networks throughout the country. She worked on several different national accounts including Sonic, Chase, Lexus, Toyota, Verizon, and Capital One.
Cosmina moved to Chicago with Home Team Sports to work with the company’s biggest advertiser, MillerCoors. Over the next two years, she learned the ins and outs and the many different needs of the beer world. She was able to take a deep dive into the media strategy and campaign objectives for MillerCoors and was able to provide solutions and suggestions within the HTS landscape both on-air, digitally and in-stadium.
Her desire to be closer to family brought her to New England Sports Network (NESN), where she sold the Red Sox and Bruins. She was the Local Sales Manager for two years and the National Sales Manager for three years. She touched every account both locally and nationally that advertised on NESN and was able to help bring the sales team to new heights.
Cosmina is most excited about her newest venture as Chief Revenue Officer at Galaxy Media Partners in her hometown of Utica, where she and her husband, Lance Schulman, and son, Danny Schulman, reside. She is enthusiastic to give back to her community and help local advertisers get their message in front of the large, engaged audience Galaxy has to offer. She looks forward to being part of the Galaxy family.
